SECOM Technical Services through association with the SECOM Group of companies can offer an extensive Mobile Patrol Service through our own fleet and our network of contractors.
While these services focus on capital cities, services can be provided in most country areas throughout Australia.
In recent years, Mobile Patrol Services have been the subject of much criticism and some companies have been prosecuted for breaches of the Trade Practices Act.
Hence, Secom uses its best endeavours to ensure strict compliance with the Act. This is achieved through a process of formulated work practices (Standard Operating Procedures), legally enforceable contracts with its suppliers and various systems to verify all inspections have been carried out in accordance with customer requirements. Regular compliance audits are conducted by Secom Management.
Mobile Patrol Services include such duties as property checks, cash and personnel escort services, let in/out services, opening and closing services, ATM response services, security delivery services etc.
Patrols and responses are a direct link from SECOM’S A1 graded monitoring centre to their clients and therefore the same standard of services are provided as the monitoring centre.
SECOM own their patrols division as well and directly employ patrol officers, thus ensuring complete line and management control from activation to response and attendance on site.
